about

Dr. Lotech is the nom de plume of Markham, Ontario chiropractor/chef/keyboardist John Baird. Originally signed to Bullseye Records for his one-off CD in 2000 entitled ‘Dr. Lotech & The Minimal Man’, Baird contributed this Donovanesque reading of George Harrison’s “Taxman” with former Terry & The Twilight Zone members Amy “Mrs. Hippie” Beal and Terry Draper (also ex-Klaatu). The recording originally appeared on 2004’s “It Was 40 Years Ago Today” on Bullseye Records. Dr. Baird’s current musical whereabouts is unknown.
